This non-stick silicone half sphere mould, or hemisphere mould, is perfect for forming spherical desserts, half sphere parfaits and ices, chocolate and cakes

Made from food-safe silicone. The non-stick moulds do not need to be greased before cooking, and the baked products are easy to unmould by simply flexing the silicone mould. Suitable for both freezing and baking in.

The mat measures approx 29x17cm and will form 15 half spheres, 4cm in diameter x 1.75cm deep.
