Custom Cake Toppers

Custom cake toppers designed and made to order in our Manawatū warehouse, with charms from $6.50 and toppers from $14. Cake Warehouse has been supplying New Zealand bakers since 2011, so you can order your topper alongside sprinkles, boxes, boards and decorating supplies in one go. Personalise one of our ready-made designs, or start from scratch by choosing your own wording, font, colours and finish in acrylic, glitter acrylic, mirror acrylic or wood. For something completely unique, send us your idea and we'll design it for you. Standard orders are made within 3 business days, and urgent orders within 1 to 2 days, then shipped NZ-wide. Frequently asked questions

How long does a custom cake topper take? Standard orders are made within 3 working days, and urgent orders within 1 to 2 working days. Shipping usually takes another 1 to 2 working days, with up to 3 extra days for rural delivery.

Can I get a topper by this weekend? Order with urgent processing by Wednesday lunchtime for a good chance of Friday delivery. Once it leaves our warehouse we can't guarantee there won't be courier delays.

How much is shipping? Shipping is $8.99 anywhere in New Zealand, North and South Island. You can also pick up from our warehouse in Feilding, Manawatū.

What size topper do I need? Toppers come in 4 to 6 inches (10 to 15cm) wide, and charms in 3 to 5 inches (7.5 to 12.5cm). A 4 inch topper leaves plenty of space on a larger cake, while a 6 inch topper on a 6 inch cake will fill the whole top.

Can I see a proof before it's made? We don't send proofs as standard, but you can request one for an extra $5. Completely bespoke designs always come with a proof.

Can you make a topper from my own design or logo? Yes, as long as it's a fairly simple design where the colours or words can be cut as separate pieces. Send it through the chat box for a quote.

Are acrylic toppers reusable? Yes. Wash gently with dishwashing liquid and warm water using a soft cloth, then store flat or wrapped to keep it scratch free.

Do you do wholesale orders for bakers? Yes, we offer a trade discount for customers ordering at least five toppers a month, and we can bundle orders to save on shipping.
