Shipping Information
We ship with NZ Post and charge flat rates for packing and shipping of $8.99 New Zealand wide to an urban address, and $11.80 rural.
Items are sent out Monday to Friday from our Manawatu warehouse. We aim to send orders the same or next working day (unless there are custom products included, these will have processing times in the description).
Bank payments may delay your order sending until it shows in our account. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you via email before sending.
Shipping Times:
Delivery targets after being shipped are as follows:
North Island - 1 working day (overnight)
South Island - 1 working day for orders up to A4 size, 2 working days for boxes.
Rural addresses – there may be further delivery delays for rural addresses. Add a couple of days to be safe, or get your items sent to work/family in town!
Please note: times above are targets only. We do not offer refunds for items that arrive later than you hope or are delayed so please order as early as you can.
Click and Collect
You can Click and Collect from our warehouse in Feilding, Manawatu. We will email you with details about collection once your order is ready to pick up. Collection is only available between 10am to 1pm and 1:30pm to 2:30pm weekdays.
The fine print:
Cake Warehouse does not take any responsibility for parcels being misaddressed. Please ensure your correct address is provided during the order process, including (if applicable): suburb, RD number, company name (if being delivered to a work place). Please note that changing your address after placing your order does not update your order.
Bank transfer orders will be cancelled if they remain unpaid after 3 working days
If your parcel arrives damaged or not complete, please keep any packaging and contact us immediately. Any lost or damaged parcels need to go through the standard claims process and we need to know within 3 days or we can’t process a claim.
Please choose your items carefully. Due to our products being food contact items, we cannot take them back if you change your mind (even if unopened).
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days so we can rectify and hold all packaging. If your item shows as delivered but has not been received, please get in touch right away.

Email us and we will do our best. Due to the extra time and cost involved, please note that there will be a charge of $2 per transaction.
If we pack your order before receiving your message, unfortunately you will need to order separately.
If you place multiple orders we can't guarantee to combine them.
