A food safe cooling spray that sets chocolate decorations in place almost instantly, handy for gravity defying chocolate work or fine sculpted details without the usual mess.
- 100ml canister with an easy-grip design and a small precision nozzle for detail work
- Give it a shake, then spray a light, even layer from about 25 to 30cm away from the surface
- Ingredients: E943a, E943b, E944.
- It's a flammable aerosol, so keep it away from heat and use somewhere with a bit of airflow
