Edible Wafer Paper

12 sheets per pack in A4 size. 0.35mm thick.

Wafer paper can be used to create decorations or flowers. It can be painted with edible paints or dusted with powder colourings. Use with craft punches to create cut outs (polka dots!), or easily cut with scissors or a craft knife. This thickness is also great for nougat making.

Wafer paper can be easily attached to fondant, buttercream or ganache with piping gel.
