Butterfly Silicone Mould

Create gorgeous little butterflies to add a little sweetness to your cupcakes or cake.

The total mould size is 11cm by 9cm, with 6butterflies ranging in size from 4cm to 5cm wide

Tips for using silicone moulds:

• Use with fondant, modelling chocolate, gum paste or melted chocolate
• Dust the mould with cornflour for easy release
• Push the icing into the mould, and then cut the excess off the top using a sharp knife
• If you are having trouble getting the pieces out, you can put the mould in the freezer for 10 mins to firm up your icing
