This mould has different flower designs in 2 sizes with a total of 10 cavities so you have many options and combinations to work with.
The flowers range in size from 0.75cm wide for the smallest, up to 1.75cm wide.
Here are some tips for using silicone moulds:
- Get creative with fondant, modelling chocolate, gum paste, or melted chocolate.
- To make it easy to release, dust the mould with cornflour.
- Push your icing into the mould, then trim off any excess using a sharp knife.
- If you're having trouble removing the pieces, pop the mould in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up your icing.
