Good to know:

– Processing time: up to 3 working days. Typically we send these in 1-2 but we can't guarantee it!
– Sizing: 3" charms work best for shorter words. Trying to squeeze a long word into a small size will make it too fragile.
– Colours: May vary slightly from shown depending on your screen and our supplier
– You are personalising the size and colour, but we will determine the best layout for strength and legibility. We don't send proofs for these items
– Spelling matters! Custom orders can’t be changed or refunded, so double check your spelling, grammar and upper/lower case lettering
