Good to know:

• Processing time: this is how long it takes us to make your topper and package it for shipping - it does not include the shipping time.
• Sizing: 4" toppers are best suited to shorter words. Squeezing a long word onto a small size makes it fragile.
• Fonts: simpler fonts read more clearly if you're using multiple words. Please make sure you're happy with how the fonts look in the photos. You can check the full font style of lower/uppercase letters and numbers here : Fonts 1 - 19, Fonts 11 - 18, Fonts 19 - 22
• Colours: may vary slightly from what's shown, depending on your screen and our supplier.
• You're personalising the font, size, and colour, but we'll sort the best layout for strength and legibility. We don't send proofs for these items.
• Custom orders can't be changed or refunded, so please double-check your spelling, grammar, and upper/lower case before ordering.

We design, make, and ship these from our warehouse in Feilding, Manawatū. Toppers can be shipped securely or picked up from our warehouse.
