Here is everything you need to know, please take a look before ordering:

Processing time is up to 3 working days. We usually cut on Monday/Wednesday/Friday but design time is needed before this. Most of our toppers ship in 1-2 days.

Sizing: a 4" wide (10cm) topper is going to look different depending on the word length. We recommend leaving 4" toppers for shorter words ('congratulations/retirement, etc do not work in 4"!).

Font: For toppers with multiple words, it can be helpful to choose a font which is less "busy". Eg. Font 3 and Font 9 are easier to read than font 4 or 5. Scroll through for an image showing all of the letters of the alphabet for each font to be sure you are happy with your choice. We may have to edit the font a little by making it a little thicker or manipulating letters for strength. On single layer toppers all letters must be joined in some way, so the spacing may be different than shown.

Colouring: Colours may appear differently on your screen. Shades of acrylic may vary depending on supplier, please check if it's important to match colours. Eg. champagne gold vs bright gold. The colour wood is real wood, the edges will be darker and there may be spots of discolouration

Proofs: Sorry but we do not offer proofs. You are personalising the font, size and colour, but we will determine the best layout for strength and legibility.

Not refundable: Due to these being custom, we cannot offer a refund even if it hasn't yet shipped. We may have already spent time creating a design just for you! Please ensure your spelling and grammar is as you want it.
