Chefmaster Gel Colour - Coal Black 20g

Chefmaster Gel Food Colour – 20g Bottle

Chefmaster Gel Colours are highly concentrated and perfect for achieving bold, vibrant colours in buttercream, fondant, royal icing, batters, and more. With smooth mixing and fade-resistant results, they’re a favourite for decorators who want strong colour without thinning their mixtures.

Each bottle contains 20g of colour and a little goes a long way.

Tip for deeper shades:
To get rich, dark colours like black, navy or deep red, try heating about 1/3 of your icing in the microwave for a few seconds, then mix it back in. Letting your coloured icing sit overnight also helps the shade deepen naturally.
