Christmas Holly and Berries Silicone Mould

A festive mould with various sized leaves and berries for you to arrange in a way that suits your design

Use with fondant, gum paste, modelling chocolate, etc.

The holly leaves are approx 3.5cm long

Tips for using silicone moulds:

• Use with fondant, modelling chocolate, gum paste or melted chocolate
• Dust the mould with cornflour for easy release
• Push the icing into the mould, and then cut the excess off the top using a sharp knife
• If you are having trouble getting the pieces out, you can put the mould in the freezer for 10 mins to firm up your icing
