Good to know:

– Processing time: please allow 3 working days for processing your topper before sending. We are trialling an urgent option of 1-2 working days. Urgent orders take priority for cutting and sending but our workload will determine the time taken (please don't ask for faster, I still need a little time!)
– Sizing: 4" toppers work best for shorter words. Trying to squeeze a long word into a small size will make it too fragile.
– Fonts: Simpler fonts can be easier to read if you have multiple words. Please ensure you hare happy with the fonts as they are shown.
– Colours: May vary slightly from shown depending on your screen and our supplier
– You are personalising the font, size and colour, but we will determine the best layout for strength and legibility. We don't send proofs for these items
– Custom orders can’t be changed or refunded, so double check your spelling, grammar and upper/lower case lettering

We have custom cake toppers in double layer (two colours), or cake toppers with a name and age. If you are looking for something special, please get in touch and we can design something for you. We design, make and ship these from our warehouse in Feilding, Manawatu. Cake toppers can be shipped securely or collected from our warehouse.
