The Lego Block Pieces Silicone Mould is made out of a silicone system specially formulated for use in food and confectionary and complies to FDA regulations. 
For best results use with flowerpaste, modelling paste, fondant (with tylose as hardener), marzipan and more. 

The mould measures approximately 120mm x 65mm.

Here are some tips for using silicone moulds:

• Get creative with fondant, modelling chocolate, gum paste, or melted chocolate.
• To make it easy to release, dust the mould with cornflour.
• Push your icing into the mould, then trim off any excess using a sharp knife.
• If you're having trouble removing the pieces, pop the mould in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up your icing.
