A fun little silicone mould for making ring shaped chocolates or fondant pieces, handy for engagement, wedding or Galentine's themed treats.
- 12 cavities across two ring designs, a diamond style ring and a plain band
- Each mini piece is approx 4cm x 3.5cm
- Works with fondant, modelling chocolate, gum paste, or melted chocolate
A few tips for using silicone moulds like this one:
- Dust the mould with cornflour first to help your piece release easily
- Push your mixture into the mould, then trim off any excess with a sharp knife
- If it's tricky to turn out, pop the mould in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm everything up first
