Create your design easily in buttercream or ganache! Generously cover your cake in buttercream or ganache, then scrape off the excess using the patterned side to create the stripe effect. Either leave as is, or chill and fill the stripes with another colour of buttercream/ganache before scraping off the excess using a straight scraper.
