Here's how you can get the perfect colouring:

1. Dust it on with a brush for depth, shading, and fancy colour gradients. You control the intensity of the colour in different areas.

2. Mix it into a paint base (like rose spirit) for a quick and easy paint that's ready to go. You can paint chocolate drips or designs on fondant or gum paste.

3. Knead it right into fondant, gum paste, or mix into macarons, buttercream or white chocolate as a concentrated colour. For best results, let the colour develop over time as the powder has time to melt in.
