Sno Creme Vegetable Shortening
Use in place of butter for making American style buttercream which is pure white and dairy free.
Also useful in place of cornstarch when rolling out fondant to prevent sticking.

- Replace butter 1:1 to make a dairy free buttercream
- Alternatively, use 50/50 butter and shortening to make a more heat stable buttercream
