Assorted Christmas Silicone Mould

Use with fondant, gum paste, modelling chocolate, etc.

The total mould size is 7cm and includes santa, a reindeer, a snowman and a Christmas tree

Tips for using silicone moulds:

• Use with fondant, modelling chocolate, gum paste or melted chocolate
• Dust the mould with cornflour for easy release
• Push the icing into the mould, and then cut the excess off the top using a sharp knife
• If you are having trouble getting the pieces out, you can put the mould in the freezer for 10 mins to firm up your icing
