These candy melts are an easy way to add colour and coating to your baking. Great for cake pops, drips, moulds or a bit of decorating. You can pipe them, drizzle them , mould them or dip them!
They come in a 200g resealable pouch, and there’s a good range of colours to choose from. They’re gluten free, and easy to melt in the microwave or over a double boiler. Just make sure to heat them slowly and give them a good stir as you go.
If the texture feels a bit thick, you can add a small amount of vegetable oil to help thin it out , start with a teaspoon and adjust as you need... a little goes a long way! Once melted, they set with a nice, smooth finish.
