Transfer sheets are mild, sweet, super thin sheets printed with food colour. When meringue or chocolate sets on it, the design transfers over and peels off the sheet.

These sheets have a white base, so any white areas in your image will transfer as white.l, not clear. Best results on a white base, using dark chocolate will alter how the colours look.

A4 sheet with margins - the finished image is 20 x 25cm

How to use transfer sheets

To use with chocolate:

Spread or pipe chocolate onto the sheet, peal away the sheet once set. Great for chocolate bark, chocolate pieces for decorating, chocolate cut outs, etc.

To use with meringue

Place your transfer on a baking sheet. Spread or pipe meringue onto your sheet and bake as normal.
