Transfer sheets are mild, sweet, super thin sheets printed with food colour. When meringue or chocolate sets on it, the design transfers over and peels off the sheet.
These sheets have a white base, so any blank areas in your image will transfer as white. Best results on a white base.

How to use transfer sheets
To use with chocolate:
Spread or pipe chocolate onto the sheet, peal away the sheet once set
To use with meringue
Place your transfer on a baking sheet. Spread or pipe meringue onto your sheet and bake as normal.
