Silicone Bundt Pan
This mould is 23cm wide and 10cm tall, and is oven, freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe.
Bundt cakes have the benefit of being quicker to cook than round cakes, which also means your cake comes out evenly cooked.
Tips for use:
- Silicone is non stick so this mould doesn't require any extra greasing
- Because silicone is flexible, for best results bake this on a baking sheet to keep it flat
- Silicone is freezer safe so you can also use this to make frozen desserts
- With the pattern baked in, all you need to do is finish your bundy cake with a simple drizzle! Try ganache with chocolate cake, or a simple glaze of icing sugar, water and lemon juice
